We are building E-Cricket, a next-generation Unreal Engine 5-powered, mobile-first, browser-based AAA sports title in collaboration with Amazon Web Services. As we scale globally, we are looking for a creative designer who can bring our brand, product, and marketing visuals to life across static and motion formats.

Role Overview: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with strong video editing and motion design capabilities to support our marketing, brand, and product communication efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with the product and creative teams to source in-game assets, gameplay captures, and renders from Unreal Engine 5, and transform them into polished, high-impact marketing creatives across digital, social, and promotional channels. You will also play a key role in creating short-form social content, reels, trailers, and campaign videos.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design high-quality visual assets including key visuals, banners, social media creatives, performance marketing ads, marketing collaterals, and in-game promotional content.
  • Work closely with the product team to procure gameplay footage, screenshots, renders, and assets, and adapt them for marketing use.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Translate product features, gameplay moments, and concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Video Editing & Motion

  • Edit and produce video content including trailers, teasers, feature showcases, ads, reels, shorts, and social-first videos.
  • Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) optimized for social platforms.
  • Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and basic visual effects to enhance storytelling.
  • Optimize video assets for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, app stores, paid ads).

Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, community, and design teams on launches and campaigns.
  • Participate in creative ideation, storyboarding, and visual planning for product and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage multiple creative requests while maintaining quality, timelines, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design with hands-on video editing experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience editing short-form and long-form video content.
  • Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or media industries.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 assets, gameplay captures, or real-time engines (plus point, not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of motion design, basic 2D animation, or visual effects.
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
  • Understanding of social media trends, content formats, and performance-driven creatives.
