About the Role:
The Founder's Office, will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic initiatives of the company by working closely with the Founder and leadership team. This dynamic position involves cross-functional responsibilities, including project management, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and contributing to long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the Founder to drive key business objectives and strategic projects
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project alignment
- Manage special initiatives, such as investor relations, partnerships, and cross-departmental collaborations
- Develop presentations, proposals, and other documentation for leadership and external stakeholders
- Assist in planning and executing major milestones for AAA game development and company growth
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure smooth progress and timely completion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields; MBA preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a gaming, tech, or startup environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create impactful presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data analysis software
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passion for gaming, with a basic understanding of AAA game development
- Previous experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and fundraising processes
- Strong network within the gaming and tech ecosystem
