About The Role:

As a UEFN Programmer, you will develop and optimize custom Unreal Engine for Fortnite (UEFN) maps. Your expertise in programming will help bring innovative gameplay features to life, ensuring high performance and seamless player experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom UEFN devices and maps using the Verse programming language.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to optimize maps for performance and memory efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in custom devices and map logic.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for development workflows.
• Stay updated on UEFN tools, Verse programming advancements, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a developer.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python.
• Recommended experience with the Verse programming language.
• Deep understanding of code architecture and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, with a proven track record of shipping a game using the engine.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
